Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to our Company contracts. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for each caller. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls from customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Document all interactions in the customer relationship management email.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
