As a Work-from-Home Data Entry Clerk, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring that our databases are updated, accurate, and accessible. This role involves handling sensitive and essential information, requiring the utmost accuracy, and attention to detail.

Your primary tasks would include the compilation, verification, and entry of data, transcribing information into our database, and maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of this information. Your ability to effectively manage and organize large volumes of data will be crucial to ensuring smooth business operations.

Requirements:

1. Excellent typing skills with high accuracy.

2. Strong knowledge of data entry procedures and database management.

3. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

4. Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.

5. Basic understanding of databases.

6. High school diploma or equivalent.

7. Good command over the English language.

Responsibilities:

1. Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.

2. Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits.

3. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors and correcting any incompatibilities.

4. Maintaining confidentiality regarding the information being dealt with.

5. Updating and maintaining detailed records of data entry activities.

6. Reporting any issues related to data entry functions to the supervisor.

7. Regularly backing up data for easy recovery in case of loss.

Educational Qualifications:
