Job Description

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a customer service representative or similar role
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using computers and live chat software
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a prompt and friendly manner
- Provide accurate information about Delta Airlines services and policies
- Assist customers with booking, cancellations, and modifications
- Resolve customer issues and escalate them to appropriate departments if necessary
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
- Stay up-to-date with Delta Airlines products, services, and promotions

Educational Qualifications
