What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Work with patients, pharmacies, providers, and payors to facilitate insurance processes
• Verify patients’ insurance coverage accurately
• Perform benefit investigations to determine coverage options
• Assist with appeal management for claim denials
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders involved
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• 1 year of recent experience in medical insurance, medical claims, or medical billing
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional communication and phone etiquette
• High-speed internet access and ability to work from home
• Must be available to work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday between 7 am and 8 pm
