About the Role:
Physician-lead team is looking for a kind and diligent MD/DO to help with collaborating physician duties. This role involves facilitating brief monthly check-ins with providers, reviewing a sample of patient charts, and taking low-volume on-call duties. Key Responsibilities:
1. Monthly Check-ins
– Conduct 15-minute check-ins with each provider once per month over Zoom.
– Use a standard list of pre-answered questions to guide the discussion with each provider.
2. Chart Review
– Review 10% of the providers’ patient charts, approximately 20-30 simple charts per month.
– Identify and flag any red flags within these charts— we will review with you exactly what to look for.
– The review process is streamlined and typically takes less than an hour each month.
3. On-Call Duties
– Be available for low-volume on-call duties during work hours
– Calls are infrequent, and you will be compensated for your availability.
– This is a great way to earn extra income without a high demand on your time.
Requirements:
-MD or DO
-Board certified in Plastic Surgery or Dermatology
-Active, unrestricted licensure in 50 states.
-Residing in FL
