Key Responsibilities:
• Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Sales Strategy: Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Customer Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs, challenges, and goals to provide customized solutions.
• Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate products/services, effectively communicating their value proposition and benefits to the customer.
• Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms, and successfully close deals.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
• Customer Success: Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to foster long-term loyalty.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, preferably in a related industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Skills:
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Attributes:

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
