– Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
– Assist with document management, including drafting Real Estate Contracts.
– Maintain and update client files and databases
– Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
– Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports
– Provide general clerical support to the legal team
“`Experience“`
-Real Estate License Preferred with Knowledge of Keller Williams Realty Preferred Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
– Familiarity with Real Estate terminology and procedures is a plus
– Proficiency in using document management systems and other office software
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
