Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and navigating our website or platform.
• Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality responses.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for record-keeping and improvement purposes.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Requirements
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a live chat environment.
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple chats simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM software and chat support systems.
• A keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.

PAY RATE: $20.17 – $31.92 Hourly
