Duties:

Kitchen
• Clean exterior of ALL appliances
• Tables/bar tops/chairs
• Countertops & backsplash
• Sink
• Empty trash
• Clean exterior of cabinets (fingerprints)
• Faucet
• Cabinet fixtures
• Vacuum Floors
• Sweep and Mop Floors
• Load the dishwasher if dishes are in sink but will not run it unless they add that extra
Living Room
• Clean Exterior Surfaces – Center Table, Tv Stand, Chairs
• Sweep and Mop Floors
• Cleaning of Window Sills, Glass of Window and Window Frame
• Wiping of Pictures Frames, Laps, Exposed Surfaces
• Basic Organization
Dining Room
• Clean Exterior Surfaces – Center Table, Tv Stand, Chairs

Bathrooms

Experience:
– Prior experience in industrial cleaning, porter services, or custodial work preferred
– Knowledge of floor care including buffing and waxing is a plus
– Experience in residential painting or facilities maintenance is beneficial
– Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is advantageous
Requirements:
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
– Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the shift
– Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
