Responsibilities
• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Organize and declutter areas as needed to enhance the overall appearance of homes.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Upsell additional cleaning services or products when appropriate to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and any client requests or feedback.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning supplies in accordance with company guidelines.
Skills
