Responsibilities
• Learn to prep and paint aircraft under the guidance of experienced painters.

• Prepare surfaces for painting and protect components from chemical erosion during the paint stripping and sanding process.

• Seal and mask surfaces to prevent damage during painting.

• Apply aerospace coatings and livery markings according to industry standards.
,
• Operate equipment such as boom lifts safely and effectively.

• Follow safety protocols for working on and around aircraft.

• Properly use and dispose of chemicals and materials in compliance with OSHA regulations.

Requirements
• Willingness to learn and work hard in a hands-on environment.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test prior to employment.
