Job Description

As an Airline Cabin Crew member at Delta Airlines, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the high standards of our airline. Your primary duties will include conducting safety checks, assisting passengers, and providing support during flights.

Responsibilities

– Ensure the safety and security of all passengers onboard.

– Conduct pre-flight safety briefings and inspections.

– Deliver excellent customer service, addressing passenger needs and concerns.

– Serve food and beverages in accordance with Delta’s service standards.

– Handle in-flight emergencies as per established protocols.

– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin throughout the flight.

– Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure a smooth flight operation.

Requirements

– Must be at least 18 years of age.

– High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

– Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

– Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Educational Qualifications

– High School Diploma or GED is required.

– A degree in Hospitality, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

– Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.

– Experience in a team-oriented environment is highly desirable.
