Key Responsibilities
• Act as the Amazon specialist during client interactions, guiding them to success at every phase of their journey.
• Collaborate with the Client Coordinator to uphold client catalogs and develop high-quality digital merchandising content.
• Proactively identify potential challenges within the Amazon landscape and implement strategies to prevent them.
• Leverage internal resources to craft compelling product listings, execute successful marketing campaigns, and manage inventory forecasts.
• Ensure timely delivery of all client commitments while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Troubleshoot and address issues within the Amazon platform to facilitate client success.
• Partner with the account director to devise tailored Amazon strategies for each client.
• Stay informed on the latest developments and innovations within the Amazon ecosystem.
• Be adaptable to take on additional responsibilities in our fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Required Skills
• 2-3 years of experience working with the Amazon ecosystem (Seller Central, Vendor Central).
• 2-3 years of customer service and/or account management experience.
• Experience collaborating with consumer product brands.
• Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
• Proven ability to multitask and work effectively with internal teams and clients.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
