Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Flexible availability, including potential evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and emails from customers
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Document and update customer records in the system
Follow up on customer interactions when necessary
