Job Description
As an Amazon Customer Service Representative, you will be the front line in ensuring our customers have the best experience possible. Your primary role will be to provide prompt, accurate, and professional support to our customers who reach out for assistance with their purchasing and after-sales journey. This position demands a commitment to excellence, with a keen focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You will interact with customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. Requirements
