Minimum of 1-year customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with computers and basic software programs.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
