Job Description

As an Amazon Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently. This fully remote role allows you to work from home while contributing to our mission of delivering world-class customer experiences.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM software.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
