Job Description
Amazon is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Delivery Associates in North Carolina. As a Delivery Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service by delivering Amazon packages directly to customers’ doors. You will drive a company-provided vehicle, follow a scheduled route, and ensure that all deliveries are completed on time and in excellent condition. This role requires individuals who are self-motivated, have strong time management skills, and are dedicated to providing a positive experience for our customers.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a drug screening
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Load packages into the delivery vehicle
- Drive the delivery vehicle safely and responsibly
- Deliver packages to customers’ residences and businesses
- Follow a scheduled route to ensure all deliveries are completed in a timely manner
- Communicate with dispatchers regarding any issues or delays
- Maintain accurate delivery and tracking information
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Educational Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience
Previous delivery experience is a plus but not required. We provide paid training to ensure you are fully prepared to excel in this role.
