Job Description

Responsibilities
1. Manage and organize AmazonÂ’s online documentation and records.
2. Assist customer service teams in resolving inquiries and issues.
3. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for inventory management.
4. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in AmazonÂ’s database systems.
5. Prepare reports and presentations for management reviews.
6. Monitor and respond to emails and other communications promptly.
7. Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings across departments.
Requirements
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
4. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
6. Previous experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role is preferred.
7. Flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
Experience
