Responsibilities

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
Restrictions
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have legal authorization to work in the country of residence.
May require background checks and/or drug tests depending on the role.
