Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy with customers at all times.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve the customer experience.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels.
Requirements
• High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office.
• Experience working in a customer service role is preferred.

Educational Qualifications

Experience
