**Job Description**
As a Part-Time Flight Attendant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service to all passengers while ensuring their comfort and safety. You will represent our brand and values, showing a commitment to excellent service and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
**Responsibilities**
– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure the aircraft is clean and ready for passengers.
– Greet passengers, assist with seating, and guide them in stowing carry-on luggage.
– Deliver onboard safety demonstrations and ensure all passengers adhere to safety regulations.
– Serve beverages and meals, sell onboard products, and manage in-flight transactions.
– Provide special care to passengers requiring additional assistance, such as children traveling alone, elderly or disabled individuals.
– Remain calm and professional during emergencies, providing clear instructions to passengers if needed.
– Attend and successfully complete all required training programs.
**Requirements**
– Minimum 21 years of age.
– High school diploma or equivalent; further education is advantageous.
– Ability to communicate effectively in English; a second language is a plus.
– Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
– Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
– Capacity to handle stressful situations calmly and with decorum.
– Must be able to pass a rigorous training program.
– Meet height and physical mobility requirements.
– Able to relocate as required.
– Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
**Educational Qualifications**
– High School Diploma or GED required.
– Further certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
**Experience**
– Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required.
