Responsibilities:
– Design and develop user interfaces for a rich user experience
– Write tested and documented code in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
– Write clean, efficient, and well-optimized code
– Build compelling web… applications using best practices of the AngularJS framework
– Ensure high performance in desktop and mobile applications
– Work with other developers to maintain workflow and integrate various components
Requirements:
– BachelorÂ’s/MasterÂ’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
– 3+ years of experience working with Angular (rare exceptions for highly skilled candidates)
– Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
– Good knowledge of JavaScript MVVM/MVC frameworks including Angular
– Experience in writing cross-browser compatible code
– Capability to implement AngularJS applications, directives, controllers, and services
– Strong knowledge of source control systems, such as Git
– Fluency in English to collaborate with engineering managers
– The ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with U.S. time zones
Preferred skills:
– Experience using JavaScript building tools (like Gulp, Grunt, etc.)
– Working knowledge of database, APIs, proxies, caching layer, and other web services
– Familiarity with RESTful services
– Familiarity with back-end programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, etc.
– Working knowledge of technologies such as AJAX and DOM manipulation techniques
– Experience with testing frameworks (e.g. Mocha, Jasmine, etc.)
– Working knowledge of test runner tools (e.g. Karma, JEST, etc.)
