Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information about Apple products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
Document customer interactions and maintain records
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Stay updated on Apple products and policies
