Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for our popular products, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and more.
• Use documented troubleshooting flows to resolve issues.
• Listen to customers and tailor communication to their needs.
Requirements
• Enrolled at a US university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• A quiet home workspace with ergonomic chair and desk.
• A hard-wired internet connection with minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and 3 Mbps upload at your address.
• Available for five weeks of full-time paid training on a set schedule.
• Able to work 20 weekly hours after training.
• Able to flex up or down in weekly hours when school is not in session.
• Able to meet minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while talking with customers.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment assessment, background check, and initial training.
• Minimum GPA of 2.7.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or other tech-related field.
• Possess passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience.
• Able to navigate difficult conversations and display resilience.
• Able to self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
