Position: Appointment Setter / Live Chat Agent
Job Description:
Evara Group is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and highly organized Appointment Setter / Live Chat Agent to assist in scheduling appointments and providing top-tier customer support via live chat. You will act as a key point of contact for potential and existing clients, ensuring they receive the best service and assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
? Appointment Scheduling: Set, confirm, and reschedule appointments for clients through phone calls, emails, and live chat.
? Live Chat Support: Engage with clients via live chat, answering inquiries, offering assistance, and providing product/service information.
? Customer Interaction: Provide professional and courteous communication to clients, ensuring they have a smooth experience from start to finish.
? Data Entry: Accurately input appointment details, client information, and feedback into the CRM or other internal systems.
? Follow-up: Send reminders or follow-up messages to clients about their appointments or inquiries.
? Problem Resolution: Address any customer issues or concerns and escalate when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
? Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
? Maintain Records: Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all interactions with clients.
