Position Summary: The Resident Services Coordinator plays a supportive role in ensuring positive experiences for tenants and property owners, as well as efficient operations within the community. This position is responsible for assisting with resident and property owner communications, coordinating service requests, facilitating move-in and move-out processes, responding to resident concerns, and assisting with maintenance coordination. The Resident Services Coordinator works closely with the property management and maintenance teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and foster a positive living environment for all residents.

• Act as the primary contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns… and service requests in a timely and helpful manner.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate management team for further action.
• Support the move-in and move-out processes, ensuring residents have access to necessary information and resources.
• Coordinate and manage the tenant onboarding process for residential and commercial properties, including processing tenant background checks and lease applications.
• Respond promptly to prospective tenants, providing information about available properties, rental terms, and application requirements.
• Prepare lease agreements, addendums, and related documents in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including property inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant communications, and lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, work orders, and service requests. Provide regular updates to the property management team on outstanding issues or resident concerns.
• Assist with tenant and property owner communications related to lease renewals and terminations.
• Support the Property Manager in resolving tenant and property owner issues, addressing maintenance requests, and ensuring property compliance.
• Monitor work orders and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and to resident satisfaction.
• Help distribute community notices, updates, and newsletters to keep residents informed about property changes, scheduled maintenance, or community events.
• Help track resident retention metrics and provide suggestions for service improvements based on feedback and interaction.

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, environmental standards, and property management practices.

Cognitive and Analytical Skills:

Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager: Extensive experience with Yardi Voyager and its modules, including Elevate, P2P (Procure to Pay), and Vendor Cafe.
• Salesforce Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce for managing property management operations, tenant relations, and data analysis.
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Operational Knowledge: Experience in overseeing property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant management.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
