What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Assist and educate members, providers, or customers on products and plans through various communication channels

• Document interactions and correspondence clearly and concisely for tracking purposes
• Navigate multiple systems and internal resources to address inquiries and gather plan details
• Maintain knowledge of insurance terms, practices, and company products while working under direct supervision
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of experience in customer service or related experience
• 1 year of experience in an office-based setting or contact center environment is highly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Technology savvy with the ability to navigate multiple computer programs and application systems
• A private workspace and fast-paced internet with a hard-wired connection
