Description
As an inbound chat operator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating online conversations for individuals interested in automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership inquiries. Your primary objective will be to represent our dealer clients favorably online and convert interactions into leads that generate revenue from website… traffic.
Responsibilities
• Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat
• Provide accurate information about products and services via online chat
• Schedule appointments by narrowing down on relevant information
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of evolving products and services
• Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
• Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review
Qualifications
• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry preferred but not necessary
• Must be able to type at least 35 WPM; 40 and above preferred
• Proficient in basic internet and Windows-based computer skills
• Strong multitasking abilities; gaming experience is helpful
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment

• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or office customer service environment.
