Responsibilities
• Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services through online chat.
• Narrow down on appointment details to schedule bookings.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the continuously evolving products and services.
• Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
• Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry preferred but not mandatory.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM; 40 WPM or above is preferred.
• Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills.
• Strong ability to multitask; gaming experience may be beneficial.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements
