Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled AWS Contact Center Engineer to support us in the pre-sales phase of the project and potentially later in the implementation/building of the solution based on this service…
In particular, we are looking for a person who will help us with:
• Designing and implementing solutions based on AWS services such as Amazon Connect, AWS
Sage Maker, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q and other AWS services especially in the area of AI/ML
• creating and optimizing contact flows (Contact Flows) in Amazon Connect, including the
implementation of interactive IVR systems,
• Amazon Connect integration with CRM systems and external applications using API,
• creating solutions based on AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex and Polly that support automation and customer service,
• configuration of CI/CD environments, and monitoring infrastructure performance using CloudWatch and X-Ray,
• implementing process automation using Terraform and CloudFormation and Bash/Python scripting languages,
Requirements:
What we expect?
• Experience working with Amazon Connect and other AWS services, especially in the area of ??AI/ML
• Knowledge of integration solutions in the field of Contact Center, ability to connect Amazon
Connect with CRM systems,
• Proficiency in one of the scripting languages: Python, JavaScript, Bash.
• Experience in working with databases (DynamoDB or RDS) and their integration with AWS
applications.
• Preferred: Experience working with Terraform/CloudFormation
