What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Collaborate with the MHSU Care Coordination Department in daily activities
– Connect grant program recipients to housing resources through participant engagement
– Outreach to identify and support households experiencing homelessness
– Maintain a required caseload and provide trauma-informed services
– Develop relationships with community stakeholders to enhance service provision
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field
– Minimum of two (2) years of post-degree experience in Mental Health and Substance Use (MHSU) services, or four (4) years in a non-Human Service field
– Strong customer service and time management skills
– Technological proficiency and attention to detail
– Ability to travel as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience working with HUD or Emergency Solutions Grant funded programs
– Familiarity with Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)
– Knowledge of community resources and housing regulations
