Compensation and Benefits
• Hourly rates between (20 – )26 for direct billable hours based on experience

Qualifications
• Professional experience working with children or individuals with disabilities
• Educational experience in related fields such as Psychology, Special Education, or Social Work
• Proof of high school diploma or transcripts and must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license with proof of car insurance and reliable vehicle
• Ability to start part-time and grow into a full caseload
