• Basic understanding of call center environment and quality monitoring processes
• Training schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm for 12 weeks
• After training schedule: Availability between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM on Monday-Friday
What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Be the initial point of contact for inquiries regarding pensions and financial benefits
• Provide one-to-one inbound telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees
• Accurately document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances
• Enter application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system
• Maintain proficiency within client rules/guidelines and program policies
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Previous customer service and/or call center experience
• Proficiency with MS Office and keyboarding
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred
