Key Responsibilities
• Efficiently perform data entry tasks with a typing speed of over 40 words per minute.
• Demonstrate fluency in both English and Spanish, or work effectively with bilingual clients.
• Utilize Word and Excel proficiently to complete assigned tasks.
• Experience in tier 1 helpdesk support or triage is advantageous.

Work Environment

Shifts vary from 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, 11AM-8PM EST.

Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Additional Information

This role involves closely collaborating with end-users to set up their organization and user credentials.

Interview Process

Candidates will undergo a 30-minute video interview conducted by Alfonso.
