What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate staff members
– Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, including documentation requiring physician signature
– Maintain accurate employee phone roster and process documentation efficiently
– Fax discharge summaries, transfer summaries, and other reports to physicians
– Assist with office supply management and prepare job application packets
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Bilingual in English and Spanish
– 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency in office computer equipment and software
