• Collaborate with other service desks across processes for seamless support.
• Assist supervisors with any tasks assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in International Customer Support.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong phone handling and active listening skills.
• Ability to manage customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills.
