What is Required (Qualifications):
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
– 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Growth Equity, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Business Development, Sales, or related fields
– Proven track record in deal sourcing, including cold-calling and outreach methods
– Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in work
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
