Job Summary:

We are expanding our high-growth team looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will expand the Movista footprint and corresponding revenue by executing multi-channel prospecting campaigns that yield qualified sales leads to pass to our team of Account Executives for continuation and closure. The Movista team is pursuing new business / new logos in the Retail ecosystem of Store operators, Service Providers / Distributors, and Consumer Products field teams. Our solution, that we call the ‘swiss army knife of retail’, helps those businesses to empower their field and store teams with relevant tools, information, and communication to enhance their alignment to corporate- and store-leadership’s expectations and make sure those field and store teams are part of a family committed to customer service and operational excellence.

The BDR will serve an important function in… the execution of our rapid growth strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing a routine of activity that is the connection for our prospects between Marketing and Sales functions at Movista, helping to align prospective customers into an ever-more-qualified graduated process of engagement between “initial digital contact, needs and differentiation established, and buying intent signals” and “budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT) qualified requiring warm intro to Account Executive”. A BDR is an individual contributor measured on Opportunity Generation.
