We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Business Development Specialist to help us expand into the UK market by establishing direct connections with companies hiring remote IT developers.
What Youll Do:
Market Research: Identify companies in the UK that are actively seeking remote contractual IT developers.
Outreach & Networking: Initiate contact and build relationships with decision-makers, recruiters, or HR representatives in target companies.
Promote Our Services: Present Technocratic Solutions as a trusted partner for providing skilled Indian IT talent.
Facilitate Engagements: Set up discussions and negotiate terms to enable successful deployment of developers through us.
Track Success: Ensure at least one developer from our team is deployed to a UK client.
What Were Looking For:
Experience in Sales/BD: Proven expertise in business development, sales, or liaisoning in the IT staffing/recruitment sector.
UK Market Understanding: Strong knowledge of the UK recruitment landscape, especially for remote and contractual IT staffing.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and persuasive interactions.
Networking Skills: Ability to quickly establish and nurture professional relationships.
Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving measurable outcomes within agreed timelines.
