Description of role:

Basic Function: Must be able to work in an autonomous, fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role you will be working with suppliers to update their information within the supplier tracking system. You will be working with and inputting data into the system, checking contract terms for accuracy, reaching out to suppliers for information and doing general compliance and risk assessment.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Work with procurement, stakeholders, and corporate finance to review invoice discrepancies and payment issues to resolve them while also identifying root causes for continuous improvement.
• Create Purchase Orders as necessary for indirect or direct materials.
• Upload contracts with metadata into contract management system
• Experience as a purchasing buyer, interacting, ordering, expediting with suppliers
• Collaborate in a team setting
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail
• Computer proficiency, file management, knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour
