Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent/Customer Service to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and assisting clients with their needs. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze information effectively.
Duties
• Respond to incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries in a professional manner.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry into the system.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions quickly.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.16 – $25.87 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
