Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Maintain strong knowledge of company products, services, and promotions
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
