Job Description
AT&T is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for the position of Call Center Agent for immediate hiring in Illinois. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to handle high call volumes
- Customer service orientation
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Provide information about products and services
- Document customer interactions in the companys CRM system
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude

Educational Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
Experience
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
