What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
– Arrive at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
– Follow written and oral instructions during discussions
– Complete written surveys provided for each panel
– Use products and/or services as needed and be prepared to discuss them prior to meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Must have a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
– Must have access to a high-speed internet connection
– Desire to fully participate in one or several focus group topics
– Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
– Call center representative agent experience is not necessary
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Prior experience participating in focus groups or market research studies
