What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance for services such as towing, locksmith, fuel, and minor mechanical issues
• Assess the nature of the member’s distress and ensure their immediate safety while documenting details accurately
• Maintain a compassionate demeanor during high-intensity calls
• Relay critical information to internal and external teams to expedite the dispatching process
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Prior customer service experience; call center experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills, including the ability to talk and type simultaneously
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish
• Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
