**Requirements:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Sales-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.

6. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

7. Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.

**Educational Qualifications:**

– Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.

– Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or related field.

**Experience:**

– At least 1-2 years of experience in a call center or sales-focused role is preferred.
