BroadPath is immediately hiring Medicare Part D Pharmacy Technicians to join our remote team. To be considered for the role, you must hold a CPhT certification in their residential state. The work at home Pharmacy Technician will play a crucial role in our Medicare quality improvement initiatives.
As our Remote Pharmacy Technician, you’ll leverage your expertise to improve patient outcomes through our Medicare Quality and STAR measures program. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented pharmacy professional who enjoys both analytical work and patient interaction.
Responsibilities
• Lead member outreach initiatives to optimize clinical quality and close healthcare gaps
• Collaborate with our Analytics team to identify opportunities for improvement in patient care
• Create engaging member communications and track program success
• Interact directly with Medicare members and healthcare providers
• Develop and maintain performance metrics for quality improvement programs
• Drive medication adherence initiatives through data-driven strategies

Qualifications
• Must hold an active Pharmacy Technician License in your residential state.
• 2+ years of Medicare Part D experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort with technology and data analysis
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred Qualifications
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
• Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
• Healthcare analytics background
• Previous remote work experience
