Responsibilities:
– Provide chat support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
– Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems and provide accurate information
– Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
– Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service
– Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
– Assist with other customer service tasks as needed
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
– Proficiency in using chat support software and other customer service tools
– High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
