Responsibilities:
– Perform general cleaning duties such as sanitizing surfaces, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
– occasionally assemble welcome baskets and clean and replace linens
– Clean and disinfect restrooms and replenish supplies
– Empty trash and replace liners
– Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
– Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
– take photos of completed job
– Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
– Adhere to health and safety regulations
– must be able to lift at least 30lbs – must have your own transportation
– all cleaning supplies will be provided
– must own a smart phone
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
– Knowledge of different cleaning techniques and equipment
– Ability to work independently and efficiently
– Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
– Strong time management skills to prioritize workload effectively
Skills:
– Experience in carpet cleaning and floor care is a plus
– Familiarity with residential cleaning practices
– Ability to launder items as needed
– Knowledge of housekeeping management principles
